This  two-day Scrum Master Training program provides an in-depth perception of the Scrum Framework focusing on learning the components and the Scrum roles and ceremonies. The participants that will finish the course will be prepared to use their knowledge in Agile methodology transformation at their organization.

The Scrum Master  professionals are facilitators who ensure that the Agile Scrum Team is provided with an environment conducive to completing the project successfully. The Scrum Master guides, facilitates and teaches Agile Scrum practices to everyone involved in the project, clears impediments for the team and ensures that Scrum processes are being followed.

Scrum is a framework within which people can address complex adaptive problems, while productively and creatively delivering products of the highest possible value. It is a simple framework for effective team collaboration on complex products.

Those who are interested in Agile Transformation at their workplace, to implement Scrum in their organization and to improve their product delivery – should attend this course. This includes, but not limited to, project sponsors, product owners, developers, testers, project managers and stakeholders.

This Scrum Master Training is available across all regions in the Philippines. Please note that examination and fees to take exams are not included. This course is specially designed to guide you through the process of taking the certification exam.
